Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the fraq.tech website (the “Service”) operated by fraq.tech (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service of FRAQtech LLC.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

ELIGIBILITY
An individual needs to be 18 years of age or older to use our services. The user should be able to form legal binding contracts. Any use of the Services by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction of residence, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to enter the Terms and use the Service. If you have previously been suspended from the Services, or if we have previously suspended or deactivated your User Account (defined below), you are prohibited from use of the Services.

When you use our Services, we collect certain information by automated or electronic means, using technologies such as cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, browser analysis tools, and web server logs. As you use our Services, your browser and devices communicate with servers operated by us, our business partners and services providers to coordinate and record the interactivity and fill your requests for services and information. Unless otherwise stated, FRAQtech LLC and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on FRAQtech LLC. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from www.fraq.tech for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

No use of FRAQtech LLC’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Otherwise, if the change is not considered material, will be updated with immediate effect. You can visit current version of our Terms at this page anytime. The user is responsible for periodically checking the terms for any change and/or an update.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Removal of links from our website
If you find any link on our Web site or any linked web site objectionable for any reason, you may contact us at info@fraq.tech about it. We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond directly to you.

Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of FRAQtech LLC.

We issue refunds for digital products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

You can ask for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the initial samples provided by FRAQtech LLC There is no full-refund if your project moves to round two i.e. if you place a revision on initial concept. You may request a refund by sending a written Refund Request on refunds@fraq.tech. Upon timely receipt of the request, FRAQtech LLC, will refund the total payment made by you, less a service and a processing fee on the package amount for a logo package whereas in case of a website, if the website is in the development phase, some percentage of the Design Cost will be deducted from the package amount processed for refund.

There are no refunds for any rush service charges. 24-hour design fees and 24-hour rush changes are non-refundable too.

In case of refund approval, the client will get his amount credited back within next 10-15 Business Days.

We won’t entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 45 Days but the client can send us an email to hold the project if there is any personal issue. Also, if the client is non-responsive for more than 60 Days then the client has to pay a fee of $150 for re-initiating the project.
In case if the client wants to forfeit the website portion of a combo package after 30 days, refund won’t be applicable; though we can hold the project in such case and the client can get the project re-initiated without any charge.

Furthermore, the customer shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if he/she requests additional revisions (more design changes than mentioned in the package) or modifications to any of the initial concepts. As a customer, you shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a status notification from www.fraq.tech.

Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any response, product, service, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same in case you request a refund.

In case of finalizing one part of the order, the customer won’t be eligible for a refund for the rest of the package.
